Six months training/research programme (2013-14) under International research support initiative programme (IRSIP) awarded by Higher Education Commission of Pakistan (HEC) in the University of Florence, Italy, under the supervision of Dr. Alessandra Cincinelli, the Department of environmental chemistry, Ugo Schiff, Italy. The research conducted was analysis of POPs in serum/dust samples of exposed subjects, while DNA damage analysis was conducted in the urine samples of these subjects. Associate in a project entitled “Blood Serum and Haematological Parameters Research in context of exposure to hydrocarbon contamination among petroleum associated workers: A Representation of Eco-health Status in Rawalpindi and Islamabad” conducted in PMAS-UAAR, Rawalpindi. Associate in a project entitled “Exposure and effect assessment of cohorts exposed to Biomass smoke in occupational and residential setting in Rawalpindi and Islamabad, Quaid-I-Azam University Islamabad, Pakistan. Research participant (During Master thesis) “Monitoring results for organ-chlorine pesticides in soil and water from selected obsolete pesticide stores in Pakistan” in the Ecotoxicology research program, Institute of Plant and Environmental Protection, National Agriculture Research Centre (NARC) Islamabad.
