Dr. S. Srinivasan has completed Doctor of Philosophy in Biochemistry from Annamalai University. He is working as an Assistant Professor, Department of Biochemistry and Biotechnology in Annamalai University. He has 17 years teaching experience and 12 years research experience. He has published more than 19 papers in reputed journals and has been serving as a reviewer and editorial board member of several reputed journals. Currently he is committed in exploring the naturally occurring phytochemicals for intervention (treatment) of diabetes mellitus. This involves conducting anti-diabetic studies with natural plant sources in animal models.
