Anand Bethapudi, a highly accomplished professional with the ability to identify growth opportunities and manage operational matters, is presently working as an Associate Professor and Head of the Department in National Institute of Tourism & Hospitality Management(Promoted by Government of India and Government of Telanagana). He has twenty years of proven experience in driving academic improvement, teaching, and administration consultancy, formulating and executing strategies, and implementing missions. He is adept in building and motivating top performing teams, enhancing operational effectiveness, and leading organizations through critical transitions. Anand has received Doctor of Philosophy for his research in “Customer Satisfaction Banking Services” Holding a Master of Business Administration from Andhra University, Anand endeavored aggressively to secure a University top Rank in Marketing Management. He has qualified the prestigious UGC-National Eligibility Test/ Junior Research Fellowship in Management. A Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics and Communications Engineering) from Andhra University, Anand has been selected for Japanese Fellowship. He is delivering lectures on Management Principles and Practices, Marketing Mangement, Entrepreneursip, Human Resource Management at both the graduation and post graduation level for a loud span of 20 years. He offered services as the Head of the Department for around 13 years and also handled proudly the responsibilities as Dean (Incharge), Convenor(Admissions) and Chief Administrative Officer. Anand has been instrumental in introducing MBA (Tourism & Hospitality) in Mahatma Gandhi University (Nalgonda) and Adikavi Nannayya University (Rajahmundry).

Anand has to his laurels a proud achievement of mobilizing sponsorship for National Conference held in November 2015, and also for bringing Rs.6.0 crores skill development training project to NITHM recently in Food Production to train 300 students with residential and placement support and also.
