• Been trainer on mental health issues for the field staff of all the community based organizations and NGOs (partners in 8 states) to include mental health issues in their community development activities. • Been trainer for the international training on disaster management of Basic Needs in Srilanka, Indonesia and Bangladesh • Been trainer on mental health issues in the community based rehabilitation courses run by Mobility India, Association of people with disability, Community Health Cell, Action for disability and development. • Been examiner for the CBR course of Bangalore University run through distance mode • Been trainer and coordinated the training for the senior development practitioners on community mental health and development programme. • Been trainer and coordinated the certificate course on community mental health and development for the trainers organized by Basic Needs India and Tata Institute of Social Science
