The teaching and research portfolio of Dr Tezvergil-Mutluay has been evaluated between 2014-2015 by five international evaluators for two different Professor positions and she was selected as the runner up for Professor and Chair position in Helsinki University (among 4 applicants) and also selected as the only candidate and appointed as the Professor and Chair of Restorative Dentistry in Turku (among 5 applicants). Established Researcher, Adhesive Dentistry Research group leader: The adhesive dentistry research group is established by Dr Tezvergil-Mutluay in 2010 and has been evaluated and recognized as an independent research group under the Biomaterials and Medical devices research program of Biocity Turku. Currently there are 2 postdocs, five PhD students, 4 visiting scientists, 12 undergraduate elective students actively doing research at the group.
