Fabrício Freire de Melo is graduated in Biology (Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais), has master and Ph.D. degree in Microbiology (Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais) and postdoctoral internship at the same institution. In addition, I was visiting researcher at the Medical Entomology Laboratory, CPQRR/Fiocruz. Currently, he is an Adjunct Professor at the Multidisciplinary Institute of Health, Universidade Federal da Bahia.

My research line follows two strands: Aspects of H. pylori infection and biology of vectors related to arboviruses.
