I, Dr. Methuku, started my career as a professional in management in 2003 and have taken different roles in educational organizations. I have various publications in management and have attended multiple conferences and workshops in quality management in the higher education sector. I am a trained external reviewer for the Oman Authority for Academic Accreditation and Quality Assurance of Education. My primary role is to initiate and ensure quality standards by supporting and implementing the best practices across the college and monitoring College Council Committees. I also conduct quality awareness sessions through hands-on workshops and presentations at the college. Moreover, I am involved in developing, assessing, and planning for the college's strategic plan toward achieving the mission and vision of the Scientific College of Design. I am firmly committed to fostering institutional improvement and academic excellence following quality practices. As Head of the Quality Assurance and Enhancement office, my career has been dedicated to developing, implementing, and evaluating quality practices following national and international accreditation standards to drive continuous enhancement in education and research. I have a track record in handling institutional and program-level quality projects by consistently delivering impactful results. I follow leadership styles emphasizing collaboration and transparency to empower faculty, staff, and students to participate actively in quality initiatives.

As a quality officer, I continuously adapt, using data-driven insights to make strategic decisions, and my goal is to maintain a culture of continuous improvement to ensure institutional success and reputation.
