Dr. JianPing Yong obtained his Ph. D. in Organic Chemistry under the supervision of Prof. Haji Akber Aisa at Xinjiang Technical Institute of Physics and Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences (2008). Then, he worked as an assistant professor in Ningxia Medical University (2009-2011). After postdoctoral studies with Professor Canzhong Lu at Fujian Institute of Research on the Structure of Matter, Chinese Academy of Sciences (2011-2013), he joined prof. Lu’s group and became an associate professor in 2014.

His interests include drug design and synthesis, Biological evaluation and Natural Product Chemistry.
