Dr. Anindya Das, M.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Microbiology of KPC Medical College & Hospital, West Bengal University of Health Science, India. As a Medical Doctor he is specialized in Clinical Microbiology, Serology and Immunology. He earned his Bachelor of Medicine & Surgery (MBBS) degree from Calcutta Medical College, University of Calcutta, India and completed his Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Gauhati Medical College, SSD University of Health Science, India. From 2007 to 2013 he worked as a Lecturer in the Department of Physiology of KPC Medical College, West Bengal University of Health Science, India. He is an affiliate member of ‘Microbiology Society’, member of ‘World Society for Virology’ (WSV), associate member of ‘British Infection Association’ (BIA). He has published a number of peer-reviewed journal articles and authored a book entitled- “Combined Serological Tests are more useful in Rheumatoid Arthritis” published by Scholars’ Press, OmniScriptum. He is also a member of Editorial Boards of International peer reviewed scientific journals such as ‘EC Microbiology’, ‘Acta Scientific Microbiology’& ‘Open Access Journal of Microbiology & Biotechnology’.
