Ruchi Sogarwal, a professional in health and development sector for more than a decade, having a special focus on reproductive health, NCDs and infectious diseases. She is a Founder and an Honorary Director of International Institute for Human Development, an organization committed for social impact. In the past, she served the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, and also led various CSR/philanthropy supported implementation science projects contributing to the national sustainable development goals to improve health outcomes. She is a PhD in Epidemiology and Executive Global Business Management from IIM, and had been trained in Public Health and Biostatistics at the University of Michigan, USA. She has published more than 40 papers in indexed Journals and has been serving as a member of various editorial and scientific committees of repute.
