Dhanesh Kumar Khatri, (MBA, PhD (Finance), M.Com. (ABST), PGDFM, PGDCBM) has over Twenty Nine years' experience. Beginning his career with the Stock Holding Corporation of India Ltd. (SHCIL), Mumbai in the year 1989, he has had a vast exposure to practical aspects of money market and capital market operations with special focus on the functioning of depository system for four years. Since October 1993 he is with Institute of Management Studies, Bikaner (India). He is currently Professor and Head, Department of Finance here. Apart from teaching MBA and Ph.D. students, he is actively engaged in independent research work. In his consultancy role he is associated with Tata McGraw-Hill Education (TMHE) , New Delhi as Subject Matter expert for Accounting and Finance Courses of MBA. In his capacity as SME he developed Online Teaching Content for Financial Management and Accounting for Management courses for the MBA program in India on the pattern of CONNECT – online teaching system being practiced in USA.
