I was born on 28th August 1987 in Ghana and hold a BSc. (Hons) Biochemistry degree (second class upper) from the University of Cape Coast- Ghana in 2010. I joined a Master degree program in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology in Jiangnan university- China from September 2013- September 2015 and left for an Msc-PhD program in Bioconvegence Science and Technology in Kangwon National University- Korea from September 2015 to date. I am interested in how the human microbiota can be manipulated to promote health. I am also interested in discovering new therapeutics in food and their mechanisms of action.
