Mr Manoj Kumar L is currently working as Assistant Professor in St Thomas College of Nursing, Kerala State, India, with a research experience of more than five year post PG. He graduated in nursing from JINSAR, M.P, India and pursued his Post graduation (MSc in Psychiatric Nursing) from Saraswathy College of Nursing under Kerala University of Health Sciences. He is having nearly three years clinical nursing experience in Critical and emergency care. He had acquired Certificate in research methodology (CRM) from KUHS, Health Research Fundamentals (HRF) from National Institute of Epidemiology, Chennai and also Diploma in Critical care nursing from Annamalai University. He has completed his second post-graduation in Psychology (MA Psychology) from Indira Gandhi National Open University. He has published various research papers in International journals.
