Biography :

1. From May 2014 – Present, working as “Associate Professor”, New & Renewable Energy Materials Development Center (NewREC), Chonbuk National University, Republic of Korea 2. From May 2010 – 2014, worked as “Assistant Professor”, New & Renewable Energy Materials Development Center (NewREC), Chonbuk National University, Republic of Korea 3. From March 2009 – February 2010, worked as Post Doc under the Brain Korea 21 (BK21) program in School of Semiconductor and Chemical Engineering, Chonbuk National University, Republic of Korea 4. From March 2008- February 2009, worked as Post Doc under the supervision of Prof. Sang-Kwon Lee at Chonbuk National University, Republic of Korea

Research Interest :

1. Preparation of highly advance TiO2, ZnO and TiO2/SiO2 nanocomposite films for DSSCs 2. Optimization of TiO2 thin film substrates for DSSCs by using screen printing, dip coating, inkjet printing to get the high porous and uniform film of TiO2 3. Charge storage and transfer in DSSCs: A study by photoresponse and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy 4. Effects of morphology and sizes of nanomaterials i polymer electrolyte for the improvement of morphological and conductive properties 5. To improve the physiochemical properties of pol mer or polymer composite materials by applying various high energy radiation technologies such as electron beam, gamma rays, ion radiation 6. Novel solid-state systems solar cells by using polyoxometalates and microorganism 7. Fabrication of electronic devices such as sensor, field emission transistor (FET), photodiode etc using different metal oxide nanomaterials 8. Fabrication of nonocrystalline semiconductor by chemical vapor deposition (CVD), metal organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) and atomic layer deposition (ALD) 9. Photoelectrochemical characterization of thin film semiconductor nanomaterials, composite materials and polymer based solid-state thin films
