Prof. Shengtai He was born in Anhui Province in China. He received his Ph.D. in Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), in 2002. Then, he had been working as postdoctoral fellowship in Osaka University, Hokkaido University, AIST Japan and CIC biomaGUNE Spain, respectively from 2002 to 2008. From 2009, he is working in Tianjin Polytechnic University as professor. He is the author of more than 50 research articles published in prestigious academic journals. His research experience involve the synthesis of materials at nano-scale, bio-effects of nanocomposites, solar cells (DSSCs, PSCs), and lithium ion batteries.
