Dr. Yoshimitsu Takahashi received Ph.D. (2003) from Biological Science, The University of Tokyo, Japan. Since then, he worked as Visiting Fellow and Research Fellow at National Institutes of Health, Bethesda, MD USA (2003-2011). At present, he is working as Patent Scientist at Shiga International Patent Office, Tokyo, Japan (2012-present).
