Dr. Kuan Chee Hao is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Agricultural and Food Science, Faculty of Science, Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman. He completed Bachelor of Food Science and Technology at Universiti Putra Malaysia in 2011. He obtained Master of Science (Food Safety) and Doctor of Philosophy (Food Safety) at the same university and graduated in 2013 and 2017, respectively. He has published more than 20 papers in well-reputed journals.
