Dr. Bishnu Sharma is a Senior Lecturer in Management at the University of the Sunshine Coast. Bishnu received his PhD in management from the University of Technology, Sydney. He holds a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Production Management from the Cranfield Institute of Technology, UK and a postgraduate diploma from the Research Institute for Management Science (RVB), Holland. Bishnu is a co-author of management textbooks published by McGraw Hill. He has published several research articles in international journals and case studies in management books. As a guest editor he has also edited the special issue of International Journal of Business Performance Management published by Inderscience Enterprises Ltd.Bishnu has ever won several awards, such as the Best Paper awards for the paper that he co-authored with Associate Professor Bernice Kotey in the 'Small Business' track of the ICSB 2012 World Conference.
