My role involves identification and adoption of digital transformation and automation initiatives that adds to the topline an d b ottom line of the company. It includes identification of potential areas for disruption, working with different stakeholders to build the business cases, e xec ution plans and being part of the change management team for successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives. Few of the successful transformation in iti atives is the automation of design engineering using Robotic Process Automation, Development of automated workflow process and investment planning system th at won the “Technology innovation award of the year” in 2018.
