Presently working as an Asso. Professor and Programme Manager at Majan University College, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. In addition to this she is the chair of Faculty Research Committee. She has a mixed experience of 18 years in teaching, research and consultancy. This includes working on the projects in Parle, Coke, Neptune India Ltd, Speedway food & Beverages and having a short stint with IIM, Ahmedabad. She has been on the teaching assignment in East Europe, Middle East, South East Asia and North East Africa.

She has successfully completed a course on ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN EMERGING ECONOMIES, which is being offered by HarvardX, an online learning initiative of Harvard University through edX.
