Dr Ranjith P V has done his Engineering, MBA and PhD and is now currently working as Associate Professor of Decision Science at CMS Business School, JAIN Deemed to be University. He is UGC-NET qualified and has close to two decades of experience in teaching.

He has published articles in different areas of Management and his areas of interests in research are Service Quality, Operations Management &Consumer Behaviour.
