My primary research interest is to evaluate sport sponsorship effectiveness among individual players, sport teams, sport events and tournaments for the organizations and corporations; My secondary research interest is to investigate managerial communication effectiveness and customer satisfaction for the organizations’ and corporations’ strategical marketing development; My tertiary research interest is to study on the recruitment and retention process in order to assist student-athletes to pursue college sports, address school-to-career and post career transition.
