is a seasoned Economist and indigene of Egwi, in Etche Local Government of Rivers State of Nigeria. Chioma attended Owerri Girls Secondary School where she obtained her Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE), and thereafter obtained a BSc. Economics, 2nd Class Upper Honours, from the Imo State University, Owerri. She also obtained MSc and PhD.in Economics from the University of Port Harcourt. Chioma began her working career, with over a decade experience; with Michelin Nigeria Limited, Port Harcourt, as Admin officer and Omega Maritime Limited, Port Harcourt as the Human Resources Coordinator, Admiral Marine Shipping Nigeria Limited as Executive Director and presently a Lecturer with the University of Port Harcourt, Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
