Dr. Shruti Naik has done Bachelors and Masters in English from Fergusson College, Pune University. She has also done M.B.A. in H.R. from I.I.P.M Bangalore University., M.Phil. in H.R. from Thanjavur University and Ph.D. in Management from WISDOM, Banasthali Vidyapith.

She has published 3 books in the area of H.R. and Business communication and more than 15 papers in U.G.C. and ABDC indexed Journals and 4 papers in Scopus Indexed International Journals in H.R.. She is currently reviewer for Sage Publications which is Scopus indexed since Jan 2020.
