Pastor, Prof. Williams Aminadokiari Samuel Abomaye-Nimenibo, PhD, FNIM, JP was born at Ogu Urban Town in Ogu/Bolo Local Government Authority Area of Rivers State on the 21st September, 1961. He attended St. Martin’s State School Ogu from 1969 to 1994 and proceeded to do his Secondary education at Government Secondary School, Ogu from 1974 to 1979 as a School Prefect. He joined the services of Rivers State Government in 1980 to 1991 and withdrew his Services to further his education. He was later employed by Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation and has served in various capacities and States as well as the entire Riverine communities of the Niger Delta Region of Nigeria.
