This was followed by several years working at Claridge's and the Savoy Hotel in London in both Food and Beverage and Rooms Division positions. Assistant Food and Beverage Manager and Restaurant Manager roles in London Hotels. The London experience was followed by working abroad for several years, particularly in France, Monaco/Monte Carlo, Switzerland, Jersey, Channel Islands. Experience in other countries including Italy, Australia, Thailand and Holland.
