I am Professor of Biochemistry at Institute of Graduate Studies and Research, Alexandria University. I am interested in field of biochemistry, environmental toxicology, antioxidants and phenolic compounds. I completed my Ph.D. at Alexandria University, Egypt and postdoctoral studies in Molecular Biology at INRA, Montpellier, France. I was the Executive Director of University of Alexandria Research Center during 2009-2011. Also, I am member of Egyptian Universities Promotion Committees (Biochemistry committee) from 2008-until now. I have published several papers in reputed international journals, serving as an editorial board member, Lead Guest Editor and reviewer for several international journals, organizing committee member and speaker in several international conferences. In addition to the main work of teaching for post graduate students and the supervision of MSc and Ph.D. students.
