Dr. Abdalla Adel Elshereef received his BSC in Biotechnology from Banha University, Egypt. He obtained his master degree in cell biology, Histology and Genetics, Mansoura University, Egypt, and PhD in Biochemistry from Hannover University, Germany. Dr. Abdalla is an internationally recognized expert and leader in the emerging field of mammalian cell cultivation in small and large scale for different application like antibody production, recombinant protein production and purification, Gene delivery and drug assessment on various animal cell lines. Dr. Abdalla has many years of experience in biomedical research and life sciences bioprocess industry. He is currently a researcher in National Research Center; Egypt. He is teaching courses related to biotechnology and industrial applications and involved in research activities for the development using powerful in vitro model systems to reduce the use of animal model. He is also a member of the European Society for Animal Cell Technology – ESACT- from 2017 till now.
