Alessia Paganelli is a medical doctor currently working at the Dermatology Clinic in Modena (University of Modena and Reggio Emilia). She studied medicine at Vita-Salute San Raffaele University in Milan and completed her dermatological formation starting her dermatology residency in Modena in 2014. She is a member of EADV (European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology), SIDEMAST (Società Italiana di Dermatologia e MAlattie Sessualmente Trasmesse, Italian Society of Dermatology and Sexually Transmitted Diseases), SIDerP (Società Italiana di Dermatologia Pediatrica, Italian Society of Pediatric Dermatology) and REPRISE (Register of Expert Peer Reviewers for Italian Scientific Evaluation). She has done research in the field of tissue engineering, dermatological oncology, non-invasive imaging techniques, aesthetic medicine and inflammatory dermatoses. She published several papers on international journals and participated to national and international conferences.

I’m very interested in research in the dermatological field, both clinical research and basic science research.
