Yucheng Kuo is the Medical Doctor, Chinese Medical Doctor, assisted Professor and Guest editor of the Journal of Pharmacology reports. He is also the Master of Pharmacology and the Ph.D of Electric engineering in biomedical field. He teaches Pharmacology in Taipei Medical University and Pulse Diagnosis in China Medicine University in Taiwan. He is expert in the herbal formulae therapy which he built the AI system with the algorithm of I-Ching to prescribe classic herbal formulae from blood pressure pulse information. According to his works, he wins the VIHA 2018 Outstanding Researcher in Pharmacology of the Venus International Healthcare Awards. On Feb 2018, he organizes the Meridian World Health Organization Alliance (MWHOA) to introducing the Meridian Medicine to all the people in the world.
