Dr. Burak Bilgin is an assistant professor of Ophthalmology at the Bahcesehir University School of Medicine, Department of Ophthalmology, Istanbul, Turkey. He received his medical licence in 2007 and residency in ophthalmology in 2012 from Uludag University School of Medicine and Osmangazi University School of Medicine, Department of Ophthalmology, respectively. After his five-year career as ophthalmology specialist, he was accepted in Bahcesehir University as an assistant professor of Ophthalmology in 2017. He still continues this academic position. His specialisation areas are; pediatric ophthalmology (especially retinopathy of prematurity), oculoplastic surgery and cataract surgery.
