Dr. Arif Ahmad is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Zoology, Maulana Azad National Urdu University (A Central University), Hyderabad, Telangana. Dr. Ahmad graduated and post-graduated from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. He has received his Ph.D. degree from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi in the year 2008. His area of research interest is cancer biology. He has received Post-doctoral Young Scientist Fellowship from SERB-DST, New Delhi. He also qualified CSIR/UCG-NET and received CSIR, Junior Research Fellowship during his Ph.D. He has a research experience of about 14 years and teaching experience of about 8 years. During this period he has published several research articles in peer reviewed international journals, such as Fertility and Sterility, Translational Oncology, Macedonian Journal of Medical Sciences, Journal of Cellular Biochemistry, Advanced Techniques in Biology & Medicine and Cancer Biomarkers.
