Graduated in Chemistry - Bachelor's degree from the Chemistry Institute of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (2007). Master's degree from COPPE in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (2010) and a PhD from COPPE in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro(2014).

Experience in Chemistry, with emphasis in Petrochemical Chemistry, Analytical and Instrumental (high performance liquid chromatography - HPLC, Gas chromatography, graphite furnace atomic absorption), Materials Engineering with emphasis on Surfaces and Interfaces (Atomic Force Microscopy - AFM, contact angle, Scanning Electronic Microscopy -SEM) and Green Chemistry. Her current research interests include Green Synthesis of Nanoparticle and Green Synthesis of Polymer Blends. She is currently Professor of Higher Education at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Duque de Caxias, Brazil (Since 2014).
