I have served as Director, Institute of Immunohaematology for 12 years. During this period I had shouldered all the administrative responsibilities and had initiated many new projects under the extra mural funds from DBT, DST, WHO, NACO apart from ICMR. Added to this I was Consultant Haematologist for the last 28 years. Served as Associate and Additional Professor of Haematology at PGI, Chandigarh and Faculty of Medicine, Kuwait University. Managed as Head of Department for 2 years at PGIMER and 2 years at Kuwait University, Faculty of Medicine. I have also worked as Senior Consultant Hematologist at Apollo Hospitals Dhaka for one year. Served as Task Force Member in Genetics and Genomics at DBT, ICMR. Governing Member of ICMR, SAC member of several Institutes of ICMR.
