Dr. Sachin Borkar is an accomplished neurosurgeon working as a faculty at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New delhi; the premier medical institute of India and one of the best in the world. He has several publications to his credit in various national and international journals and presented his work at various meetings in India and abroad. He is well versed in all aspects of Neurosurgery and has special interest in Spine Surgery including Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery(MISS).He has been awarded the H. Alan Crockard International Spine fellowship for the year 2015 by the American Association of Neurological Surgeons/ Congress of Neurological Surgeons’ Spine Section. He has done his advanced fellowships in Complex Spine Surgery from UCSF Spine Center, San Francisco, CA,USA and Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery fellowship from Guys & St. Thomas NHS Hospital , London, UK. He has also been trained in deformity surgery by AO Spine. He has keen research interest and has been working on many national and international projects.
