Team Based Learning (TBL) in a pediatric nursing setting requires careful planning and consideration of the unique needs and challenges in pediatric care. Here’s how you can set up TBL in a pediatric nursing education program: Team work for learning is very essential as there will be knowledge sharing as well binding between the group members for a common goal which is quality patient care. Team based learning needs to be incorporated both in to pediatric nursing education and clinical practice. TBL can present challenges related to group dynamics, the need for faculty training, and the design of effective RATs and application activities. Overcoming these challenges is essential for successful implementation (4). In nursing education, TBL offers a structured and engaging approach to teaching and learning, which is vital for preparing future nurses to excel in a collaborative healthcare environment. The references provided can serve as starting points for further exploration of Team-Based Learning in nursing education. Team based learning (TBL) is a structured form of small-group learning that emphasizes student preparation out of class and application of knowledge in class. Students are organized strategically into diverse teams of 5-7 students that work together throughout the class. Team based learning needs to be incorporated both in pediatric nursing education and clinical practice to ensure quality education and practice.
