Developed initiatives of law, achieving the Mexican government assume and consider as the edict of the law to protect infants from child abuse and abandonment. In 2012 the H- Congress of Puebla, approved an initiative of the law which obliged the Health Secretary to implement protocols for the child abuse in the hospitals of the State.
