Dr. Huang is a Professor of Pediatrics/Pediatric Cardiology, President of Children’s Hospital of Fudan University, Director of Institute for Pediatric Research, chairman of Department of Pediatrics of Shanghai Medical College, Director of Shanghai Key Laboratory of Birth Defects, Vice Chairman of Chinese Pediatric Society, Associate Editor-in Chief of Chinese Journal of Pediatrics. He has published over 390 papers including 100 in international journals including The Lancet, European Heart Journal and Pediatrics, etc. He has achieved many awards, such as Shanghai Medical Science and Technology Award, China Medical Science and Technology Award, the Soong Ching-Ling Prize for Pediatric Medicine, and Eve Award for Global Innovation of Newborn Foundation USA, etc.
