Biography :

Antonio Brasiello is a researcher at University of Salerno, Italy. He achieved a Laurea (M.Sc.) in 2004 and a Ph.D. in 2007 both in Chemical Engineering and from the Università di Napoli “Federico II”, Italy. He was teacher fellow of the master degree courses in “Nonlinear Dynamics of Chemical Processes” and of “Statistical Methodsfor Data Analysis” at Università di Napoli “Federico II”, Italysince 2005. In 2007, he was teacher at the Summer School in Numerical Methods for Process Dynamics Analysis - University of Sannio, Italy; in 2008 he was guest lecturer at the Advanced Course in Control Quality and Management in Food Industries - University of Salerno, Italy. In 2012 and 2013 he worked as distinguished reviewer for the Chilean National Commission for Scientific and Technological Research (CONICYT), Ministry of Education, Government of Chile. He also serves as a reviewer for several archival journals.

Research Interest :

His research activities are within the broad areas of complex non linear systems and mathematical modeling in Chemical Engineering. They include applications in the field of food engineering, polymer science and phase transitions with both continuum mechanics and microscopic (Molecular and Coarse-Grained Dynamics) simulations.
