  Biography :

Dr. Massimo Cecaro achieved a Master Degree in Veterinary Medicine and Specialization in the field of Public Health and Preventive Medicine. He worked As radio speaker, tv presenter and reporter for a wide range of artistic and Scientific events. At the age of 24 he obtained a qualification to practice as a Journalist and in 2007 he was admitted to the National Association of Medical Press (ASMI), where he currently hold the position of National Councillor. He is Resident Member of MJA Medical Journalists’ Association (London). He has been invited as Keynote speaker, mentor, chairman, Honourable Guest at International events in the field of Public Health and Safety in Canada, USA, Europe and Asia. He is also director in Italy of a prestigious Educational Centre for work safety and public health. He is actively involved in International projects to improve the role of mass--‐media in medical sciences, and awarded in Philadelphia, Valencia and Las Vegas with International special recognition.

  Biography :

Six months training/research programme (2013-14) under International research support initiative programme (IRSIP) awarded by Higher Education Commission of Pakistan (HEC) in the University of Florence, Italy, under the supervision of Dr. Alessandra Cincinelli, the Department of environmental chemistry, Ugo Schiff, Italy. The research conducted was analysis of POPs in serum/dust samples of exposed subjects, while DNA damage analysis was conducted in the urine samples of these subjects. Associate in a project entitled “Blood Serum and Haematological Parameters Research in context of exposure to hydrocarbon contamination among petroleum associated workers: A Representation of Eco-health Status in Rawalpindi and Islamabad” conducted in PMAS-UAAR, Rawalpindi. Associate in a project entitled “Exposure and effect assessment of cohorts exposed to Biomass smoke in occupational and residential setting in Rawalpindi and Islamabad, Quaid-I-Azam University Islamabad, Pakistan. Research participant (During Master thesis) “Monitoring results for organ-chlorine pesticides in soil and water from selected obsolete pesticide stores in Pakistan” in the Ecotoxicology research program, Institute of Plant and Environmental Protection, National Agriculture Research Centre (NARC) Islamabad.

Dr. Somayeh Farhang Dehghan joins Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Occupational Health in the School of Public Health. She received her B.S. in Occupational Health from Iran University of Medical Sciences and her M.S. and Ph.D. from the Tehran University of Medical Sciences. Her teaching interests include training air pollution control, fluid mechanics , industrial ventilation, gases and aerosols dynamics, and evaluation of an air sampling.

  Biography :

Since 2006, she has been engaged in scientific work in the field of psychology of shift work in the Far North and the Arctic. In 2012 she successfully defended her thesis on "Adaptation Strategies in Professional Work of the Rotational Method in the Far North" at the Lomonosov Moscow State University. Currently, she continues her work in the preparation of a doctoral dissertation on the management of psychological risks for shift workers in the Far North and the Arctic. In 2013-2016 she was an expert in the development of the international standard ISO 35101: 2017 "Petroleum and natural gas industries - Arctic operations - Working environment" (Subcommittee ISO TC67 / SC8 "Arctic operations"). She is the author of 179 scientific and educational works, 43 of them in leading peer-reviewed Russian journals, 3 in journals indexed in the Web of Science, 12 in publications indexed in Scopus, 1 monograph, 3 chapters in monographs, 3 textbooks, 23 works in English.

  Research Interest :

I have extensive experience in scientific expeditions to the oil and gas fields in the Arctic. As part of my PhD thesis she compared the adaptation strategies of oil and gas workers from workers in other industries. I am currently developing psychological risks of oil and gas personnel, ie what workers are a more effective, safe and reliable work, while maintaining their level of health. Develop measures to improve the efficiency, quality of life and longevity of oil and gas staff. These issues will be devoted to her report on the conference. Also I am an expert of the international working group No 1 "Working environment" ISO / TC67 / SC8 "Arctic operations". The second direction of research on this topic was to examine the sensitivity of meteorological and meteopathic reactions in young people living in the Far North in climate change conditions. It was surveyed over 200 students in higher and secondary educational institutions. There are established youth at risk group for the development of meteopatic reactions to climate change. All three areas of research carried out on an interdisciplinary level, in conjunction with experts in the field of medicine, epidemiology, climatology. The second and third lines of investigations carried out in a project of the WHO, "The impact of climate change on human health assessment of the possibility of adaptation to the north of the Russian Federation" (2010-2012).

She was born on November 9, 1969 in the city of Novosibirsk (father - military, mother - doctor). In 1986 she graduated from high school in Arkhangelsk. In 1992 she received a diploma in mathematics, physics and informatics from the Pomeranian State University; in 1995 received a diploma in practical psychology. In 1996 she defended her Ph.D. in Biology "Psychological aspects of life support for workers of oil and gas prospecting expeditions in the extreme conditions of the Arctic Circle". From 1995 to 2000 she worked as a teacher at the Department of Psychology at the Arkhangelsk Regional Institute of Retraining and Advanced Training of Educators; from 2001 to 2009 she worked as an assosiate professor at the Psychology Department of Pomor State University, and since 2009 she headed this department. In 2011, MSU defended her doctoral dissertation in the field of psychology "Psychological analysis of professional activities of specialists of the oil-producing complex: the example of shift work in the Far North." From 2016 to the present time he works as a professor at the Psychology Department at the Northern (Arctic) Federal University. She is the head and the executor of grants of the Russian humanitarian scientific fund, the expert of the Russian scientific fund, a member of the Russian psychological society, a member of a society of engineers-oil workers (SPE). Head of the thematic network "Work in the Arctic" at the University of the Arctic. Took part in the development of ISO standard "Arctic operations". The author of more than 200 publications, of these, 11 books, 4 – in journals indexed in Web of Science, 14 - in journals indexed in Scopus). She is married and has 2 children born in 1993 and 2003.

  Biography :

President Chen obtained PhD in 1999 at Kaohsiung Medical University. Currently teaches in Fooyin University, as most young is also the most senior professors and deans. The past 20 years, he has his scientific interests focused on life-threatening diseases, including traditional Chinese medicine used for cancer research. Analysis in recent year’s major active ingredients such as ginger, pepper and cinnamon used in gastrointestinal cancer, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antiparasitic, and other topics. President Chen specializes in isolation, purification and structural analysis of active components of plants. President Chen directed against active constituents of oral cancer, liver cancer, and rectal cancer. President Chen was just over 45 years old, but his work has more than 220 papers, Taiwan one of the young talents. Professor Chen was invited more than 250 kinds of Journal editorial boards. Professor Chen won numerous awards at home and abroad, from 2015, was awarded the lifetime achievement award; from 2016 was awarded the health care & biotechnology merit award; from 2017 was awarded the nation academic award.
